More Than A Restaurant, A Tribute To Bali
Blado Restaurant was founded by two young Balinese who shared the same concern about the rapid growth of tourism and development in Bali. While the island continues to evolve, many local traditions, farmers, and small communities are often left behind.
With a strong desire to preserve Bali’s identity, they created Blado as more than just a place to eat. Blado became a space where people can experience authentic Indonesian flavors while supporting local farmers, local businesses, and the cultural spirit of Bali itself.
Every ingredient is carefully sourced from nearby farmers and artisans. Every dish carries traditional inspiration blended with modern presentation.
